Product Information
The Seller undertakes to describe the products as accurately as possible, indicating, where applicable, size, quantity, ingredients, main characteristics, price, availability and any required preparation time.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. In particular, as some products are food items, artisan products or manually packaged goods, slight differences in appearance, colour, packaging or other details may occur without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.
Natural variations in colour, slight cloudiness or the presence of sediment in extra virgin olive oil may result from the natural characteristics of the product and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

The sales contract is considered concluded in accordance with the purchasing procedure applicable to the sales channel used and upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right, within the limits permitted by law, not to accept or to cancel an order in the event of unavailable products, non-payment, clearly incorrect or incomplete information, inability to deliver to the specified destination or other circumstances preventing the order from being fulfilled.
In such cases, where payment has already been made and the order cannot be fulfilled, the amounts due will be refunded to the Customer.

Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details provided are accurate and complete.
Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination, the weight and volume of the order, product availability, any time required for personalisation and the courier used.
Any delivery times indicated shall apply as specified at the time of purchase and in accordance with applicable law.
Any delays resulting from force majeure, public holidays, customs checks, incorrect or incomplete addresses or other circumstances not directly attributable to the Seller will be managed in accordance with the rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
Upon delivery, the Customer is invited to check the integrity of the packaging and promptly report any issues in accordance with the procedures set out on the “Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds” page.
